Privacy Policy.
How Healacle collects, uses, and protects personal information across our website, our communications, and the services we provide.
Healacle, Inc. ("Healacle," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of the individuals and organizations that visit our website, attend our events, communicate with us, or use our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about that information.
This Policy applies to healacle.com, related Healacle web properties, our marketing materials, and customer communications. It does not govern the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) processed through our platform on behalf of healthcare provider customers — that handling is governed by the separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and Master Services Agreement between Healacle and each customer.
When Healacle processes PHI on behalf of a healthcare provider, we act as a HIPAA Business Associate. Our handling of PHI is governed by the HIPAA Privacy Rule, the HIPAA Security Rule, and the executed BAA — not by this Privacy Policy. If you are a patient seeking information about your PHI, please contact your healthcare provider directly; we cannot disclose PHI to individuals other than through the channels established by our provider customers.

Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information:
- IP address, approximate geographic location derived from that IP, and time zone

- Pages visited, links clicked, referring URLs, and time spent on pages
- Cookies and similar technologies that record session and preference information
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties — for example, business contact information from publicly available sources, marketing data providers, event co-hosts, and customer-introduction sources. We use this information to qualify, contact, or follow up with potential customers.
2. How we use information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

- To recruit and hire — evaluating applications and communicating with candidates
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations — responding to lawful requests, enforcing our agreements, and protecting our rights and the rights of others
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf — for example, customer relationship management (CRM), email delivery, analytics, hosting, payment, and security providers. These providers are contractually required to protect personal information and use it only to provide services to Healacle.
- Healacle affiliates and subsidiaries for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Professional advisors including legal counsel, accountants, and auditors, when needed to advise us.
- In connection with a business transaction — if Healacle is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or financing event, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- To comply with law — when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or government request, or is necessary to protect Healacle, our customers, or the public.
